Domaine Papagiannakos Honores Savatiano 2017

Domaine Papagiannakos creates Honores wanting to pay tribute to Savvatiano, a wine that ages for 7 years in stainless tanks and in the bottle, offering us the perfect expression of the variety that thrives in the unique terroir of the Attic vineyard.

In the glass we have a bright golden yellow color. On the nose we find aromas of green apple, pear, bergamot, honeysuckle, licorice, with notes of nuts and brioche to follow and some hints of herbs to complete its character. In the mouth it has a full body, a delightful and slightly oily feel, crispy acidity and a long aftertaste. A Savatiano worth trying!
