Tsililis Terres Edenia Bella 2024

Edenia Bella grapes are harvested by hand. A 6-hour maceration takes place, while after each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks. The blend then stays on the lees for 2 months.

It has a pale lemon greenish color. The aromas consist of citrus & stone fruits, combined with a light minerality, followed by hints of vegetation. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with pronounced acidity and a good lasting aftertaste.
