Fresh grape marc undergoes multiple distillation in small-batch copper pots. Afterwards, the heart of the spirit matures for 12 months in stainless steel to become rounder and mellower. No added sugar before bottling.

The result is a chic, aromatic spirit with prominent fine-tuned botanical aromas of mint, eucalyptus and violet flowers combined with aromas of black cherries. On the palate, it is smooth and complex with flavours of black currants and fig jam. Long aromatic aftertaste.
