Edenia Fuxia grapes are harvested by hand. An 8-hour maceration takes place, while each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks. The blend then stays on the lees for 2 months.

It has a deep pink color. Intense aromas of red raspberry, cherry, violet, followed by hints of herbs. Mouthfeel is medium+ bodied, with crisp acidity and a good lasting aftertaste.
