Ioanna Tsililis (daughter of distiller Makis Tsililis) after years of experience and scientific knowledge on the distillation and production of still and sparkling wines, created a boutique winery and distillery in Meteora, Tsililis Terres.
The vineyards are sloping and arid, located on slopes around the rocks of Meteora and the prehistoric cave of Theopetra at 300-350 meters altitude.
