Markogiannis Winery Vorias & Helios Orange Ritinitis

"Vorias & Helios Orange Ritinitis" is an unfiltered retsina, made from Roditis grape variety, and coming from Markogianni's family owned vineyards in semi-mountainous Olympia. The must is fermented spontaneously for ten days in skin contact, and this retsina has low intervention techniques. Here the colour is golden with orange hues, and aromatically we meet lemon zest, orange, and of course botanic notes like pine and chamomile. On the palette, the body is gentle and smooth, with medium acidity and a velvet finish touch.
