Sakis Katsarides cultivates 11.5 acres of Vidiano in sandy clay soils. His harvest is vinified and bottled by the Kir Yianni estate, in just 960 bottles.

In the glass we find a golden yellow color. On the nose we find stone fruit aromas of citrus fruits, with some mineral notes following. On the palate the body is moderate+, with crisp acidity and a good lasting aftertaste.
