Oracle Assyrtiko is a unique expression of the iconic Greek variety, seen through the creative lens of Troupis Winery. Coming from selected vineyards in the Peloponnese.

In the glass, we find a bright lemon color. On the nose, aromas of citrus, white fruits, and subtle herbal elements stand out, while on the palate it impresses with its vibrant acidity, concentrated structure, and intense mineral feel. The long and precise finish showcases the variety's potential and provides excellent gastronomic versatility.
