Douloufakis Winery Tachtas 2024

The team of Douloufakis winery never rests and creates a new wine, but from an old variety, Tachtas. A variety widespread in the area in the 70's and Nikos Douloufakis had memories of his grandfather and father vinifying it.

Tachtas is produced in a stainless steel tank. On the face we find a deep yellow color. On the nose we find aromas of citrus, pear, apricot, peach, flowers, with subtle notes of herbs to follow. The palate is of moderate+ volume, with lively acidity and a pleasantly enjoyable aftertaste.
