Douloufakis Winery Sparkling Brut

Douloufakis estate created the first sparkling wine from 100% Vidiano, with the traditional method (methode traditionnelle). Through this expression, the variety reveals to us its multifaceted character.

On the face we find a wine with a straw green color, with a "cord" of lively, shiny small bubbles, which end in a creamy foam. The nose is complex, with aromas of green apple, pear, bun, brioche, apricot, with notes of honeycomb and nuts to follow. The palate is cool, with a crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste.
