The collaboration of the three great personalities of Vangelis Gerovassiliou, Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Ioanna Vamvakouri resulted in the creation of the Mikra Thira winery. It is the only winery of Thirasia, the small island opposite Santorini, which was part of it until the volcanic eruption of 1600 BC.

It has a lemon green color with soft golden highlights. The aromas consist of lemon, green apple, peach, in combination with aromas of herbs and minerals. Rich mouthfeel, with high acidity and lasting aftertaste.
