Hatzidakis Winery Skitali Barrel Magnum 2021

Skitali Barrel stays for 12 months in contact with the fine lees, then matures for an additional 12 months in French oak barrels and is bottled unfiltered in 200 magnum bottles.

On the glass we have a lemon color, with golden highlights. On the nose, it is wonderfully complex with aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, thyme, nuts, honeycomb, with the minerality present and discernible, hints of chamomile complete its character. Full in the mouth, with high acidity and a pleasant long aftertaste.
