Foivos Papastratis ONE OFF Pet Nat Savatiano 2025

ONE OFF Pet Nat Savatiano is a new project by winemaker Foivos Papastratis, created in collaboration with Markou Vineyards. This natural sparkling wine is made from 100% Savatiano grapes sourced from the Mesogeia region of Attica. Produced using the ancestral method, the fermentation is completed in the bottle, with no filtration and minimal intervention, preserving the wine’s natural character and vibrant effervescence.

In the glass, we encounter a pale lemon color with lively bubbles. On the nose, we find aromatic characteristics of green apple, pear, citrus, and fresh yeast, complementing its fresh and expressive character. On the palate, the wine is semi-sweet, refreshing, and lively, with vibrant acidity, delicate effervescence, and a balanced, fruit-driven finish.
