Ioannis Hatzis Winery X!! Dodekatos 2022

Hatzis Winery creates a Xinomavro blanc de noir , following vinification with wild yeasts and ageing the wine in oak barrels with its fine lees.

On the glass there is a lemon color with silver highlights. In the aromatic characteristics we find green apple, pear, banana, citrus zest, with notes of herbs and olive leaves following. In the mouth, the body is moderate, with crisp acidity that leads us to a pleasant long aftertaste.
