Gioinos Anda Luna Vine Sparkling Rose NV

The first creation of Gheoinos, Anda Luna Vine, comes from the historic “Barba Giannis” vineyard, planted in 1919 and recognized as one of the oldest Xinomavro vineyards in Greece. The wine is crafted using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and 18 months of lees ageing, resulting in a fine and persistent mousse. The cool climate of Amyndeon helps preserve the wine’s natural acidity and freshness, while the character of Xinomavro shines through in a dry, elegant, and expressive sparkling rosé. Its aromatic profile reveals notes of red fruits and redcurrant, complemented by distinctive herbal and spicy nuances. On the palate, despite its Extra Brut character, it is balanced and relatively round, with vibrant acidity and an elegant presence of fine bubbles.
