Gioinos - Winery

Gioinos is a wine venture established in Xino Nero, Florina, by the second generation of the families behind Alpha Estate, with Angeliki Iatridou and Emorfili Mavridi taking a leading role. The new winery focuses on the production of sparkling wines, harnessing the distinctive cool climate of Amyndeon and, above all, the expressive potential of Xinomavro.

Rooted in the winemaking tradition of Amyndeon and guided by a modern approach to vinification, Gioinos aims to showcase a different, more refined and outward-looking expression of Xinomavro, placing particular emphasis on sparkling wines and on the unique identity of the region.
