Domaine Glinavos Poeme de Nature Rose

The Poeme de Nature Rosé from the Glinavos winery and the hand of Apostolos Thymiopoulos is a semi-sparkling wine made from the two indigenous varieties, Xinomavro and Debina.

In appearance, we find a pale pink color with a hint of a rosy hue. On the nose, we discover aromas of strawberry, raspberry, forest fruits, tomato, flowers, and yeast. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, a hint of sweetness, delicate bubbles, and a creamy sensation that leads to a pleasant, persistent finish.
