Domaine Glinavos Poeme de Nature Blanc

The Poeme de Nature Blanc from the Glinavos winery and the hand of Apostolos Thymiopoulos is a semi-sparkling wine made from the two indigenous varieties, Debina and Xinomavro.

In appearance, we find a pale lemon color with a hint of a rosy hue. On the nose, we discover aromas of green apple, pear, citron, bergamot, white rose, and yeast. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, a hint of sweetness, delicate bubbles, and a creamy sensation that leads to a pleasant, persistent finish.
