The label 'Three Vineyards Pithari' refers to a distinct amphora from a single vineyard, which participates in the blend of the 'Three Vineyards' wine but is bottled separately in limited quantities. Pithari 11 is a premium single vineyard Assyrtiko with grapes sourced from one of the three old vineyards that Paris Sigalas vinifies. It has been fermented and aged for approximately 16 months with its lees in 750 and 1600-liter pitharia (clay vessels), acquiring a rich body and structure, with some residual sugars that make this label special, offering a delightful and unique character.
