The Assyrtiko vineyard was planted in 2004, on the hill of Samaropetra at an altitude of 700 m. within the limits of the wine-growing zone of Amyntaio, in St. Panteleimon. The specific terroir was considered particularly suitable for the cultivation of the white variety due to the microclimate of the area, the altitude and the low temperatures.

The colour is an intense and bright yellow. Aromatically we distinguish green apple, pear, citrus, stone fruit, with a nice subtle minerality constantly present in the background and some hints of cedar completing its character. In the mouth the body is full, with crisp acidity, a nice velvety texture and a long aftertaste.
