Aoton Winery Roditis 2021

Aoton is the ancient word for the finest specimen of its kind, something that represents the wines of the winery: fine quality, with faith in the authenticity of the Mesogia region and the potential of the varieties.

The night harvest, the stay for 8 months with the fine wine lees, the oenologist Sotiris Gkinis, are all that make the Roditis of the winery special.

In the glass we have a bright golden yellow color. On the nose we find aromas of citrus peels, dried flowers, peach, green apple, with notes of butter, dried nuts to follow and some hints of minerality to complement its character. On the palate it has a moderate+ body, an enjoyable buttery sensation, crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste.
