Oenops Wines Kidonitsa 2023

Kidonitsa from Oenops comes from the area of ​​Drama. It is spontaneously fermented in an amphora, where it is then matured for 6 months on its fine lees. It is then bottled unfiltered to preserve its natural character and elegance.

In the glass we find a soft lemon color. In the aromatic characteristics we find citrus fruits, white-fleshed fruits, stone fruits, floral elements, with mineral notes following and composing a complex whole. Full body on the palate, lively acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
