Domaine de Kalathas O Zontanos

Zontanos is a 100% skin-contact Aspro Potamisi, harvested exceptionally late (it's the last to be picked during the harvest) at a high level of ripeness from unique, pre-phylloxera vines that are up to 150 years old. Produced in very limited bottles with absolutely no additives or sulfites, it has a copper color and an incredible complexity on both the nose and palate, with salinity intertwining with caramelized fruits against a Mediterranean backdrop.
