Although this wine is white, the grape variety is red, so in this blanc de noir we meet a light gold colour. Aromatically there are light earthy notes and citrus ones, like orange zest. On the palette the body is medium but rich textured. The crispy acidity and the minerality are nicely balanced ,resulting to a gastronomic option.
