Seiradi PFC Cuvee Topos white 2022

The Topos label is created from 100% Monemvasia grapes from vines of an average age of 50 years that are grown in mountain vineyards at 450 meters and are of low yield per hectare. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 40 days, followed by maturation for 4 months in new 500 liter oak barrels.

On the glass we have a lemon color, with green highlights. On the nose we find aromas of citrus fruits, tropical fruits, herbs, followed by mineral notes. On the palette the body is full, with lively acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
