The Agricultural Community of Paros vinifies with knowledge the native grape varieties Monemvasia and Mandilaria, highlighting their true potential.

SEIRADI P-F-C reflects the new viticultural approach and winemaking culture. The healthy grape, with perfect technological, aromatic and phenolic maturation, is the foundation on which the new argument is built. The result is wines with an intensely fruity character and balance, which artfully manages to assimilate a mineral and salty structure.

The Topos label is created from 100% Monemvasia grapes from vines of an average age of 50 years that are grown in mountain vineyards at 450 meters and are of low yield per hectare. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 40 days, followed by maturation for 4 months in new 500 liter oak barrels.O..
