Seiradi PFC Vin Mousseux Rose Extra Brut 2025
Seiradi PFC Vin Mousseux Rose Extra Brut 2025

The Seiradi Rosé Vin Mousseux Extra Brut is inspired by the French winemaking culture of sparkling wine production (Vin Mousseux), making the most of the Parian winegrowers' production. The base wine of Seiradi Rosé Vin Mousseux Extra Brut undergoes its second fermentation in a closed tank (Methode Charmat) for 45 days, while the yeast autolysis phase lasts four months. In the glass, we encounter a bright pink color with fine bubbles. The nose is filled with aromas of red fruits and citrus zest, followed by herbal notes and hints of brioche. On the palate, the body is medium, with refreshing acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
