This exceptional rosé wine is crafted from the rare, indigenous Katsakoulias variety of Zakynthos, sourced from a pre-phylloxera, ungrafted vineyard in the village of Machairado. Cultivated traditionally in goblet-trained bush vines and vinified under the meticulous care of oenologist Athena Tsoli, this wine stands as a pure and authentic expression of the Zakynthian terroir, highlighting the unique genetic traits of the variety. In appearance, it is distinguished by a charming, pale and light rosé hue, which derives naturally from the grape. The nose is characterized by outstanding purity and elegance, capturing the subtle lines and balanced nuances of pristine fruit.
