Strofilia Estate Stavrodromi (Crossroads) 2021

Crossroads is a blend of two velvety red varieties and the purpose of the Strofilia Estate is multidimensional: rich-tasting wines and aromas, with respect to the vine, the raw material and the environment. Stavrodromi is cultivated in Asprokampos vineyard and has aged for 8 months in French oak.

• Careful selection of the raw material and mixed vinification of the two  varieties, Agiorgitiko and Syrah.
• Dark, crimson color advises us beforehand for the ripe red fruit aromas that follow. Discreet vanilla, eucalyptus and chocolate flavors from the oak.
• Full bodied and complex on the palate, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, shows signs it's ready to drink but may have more to show in a few years. It pairs perfectly with reddish dishes, as well as aged cheeses and cold cuts.
