Alexandra Manousakis created the Terroir series to highlight the imprint given by nature to its products. Terroir is the environment, the culture, the aromas and flavors that are hidden in the soil and form the character of a product. Apart from those, the people living are a part of the whole,  and this product line serves as a showcase of Cretan nature, meaning the unique terroir of Crete.

It is 100% handmade traditional product line and, more important, a percentage of the profits from each one is donated to ELEPAP- a school for children with disabilities.

This jar contains smoked sea salt and you will be surprised by the taste it will give in any dish. You can use for marinades and grilled meats.
