Kallos is the result of scientific research, as it is the first retsina in Greece produced from sustainable resin from Pinus halepensis pine trees (the resin is extracted by tapping the tree without any use of chemicals). Phos (indicating the year 2020) is complex, with a unique balance, depth, concentration with a lovely richness, a subtle herbal character, and a nutty, honeyed aftertaste.
