1979 Wines Kallos Thalassino Retsina

Kallos is the result of scientific research, being the first retsina in Greece produced from sustainable resin from Pinus halepensis pine trees (the resin is extracted by tapping the tree without any use of chemicals). Thalassino comes from sustainably harvested resin from pine trees located right by the sea in the Elati area of Chalkidiki, on the first peninsula. A delicious retsina with a distinct sea saltiness and herbal hints of mint, it is as elegant and ethereal as a sea breeze.
