1979 Wines Kallos Arche Retsina

Kallos is the result of scientific research, being the first retsina in Greece produced from sustainable resin from Pinus halepensis pine trees (the resin is extracted by tapping the tree without any use of chemicals). Arche (denoting the year 2021) is a multidimensional retsina with depth, flavor concentration, and the first signs of a wonderful evolution in the bottle. A Retsina that comes closer to the very concept of Greek terroir.
