Smyrlis Estate Chardonnay 2025

Smyrlis Chardonnay is a single-varietal dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay. It stands out for being produced exclusively from estate-owned vineyards and without the use of oak, allowing the fruit and the distinctive microclimate of the region to express themselves to the fullest. In the glass, it displays a bright, pale green-yellow hue, while on the nose it offers a fresh and exotic aromatic profile dominated by notes of pineapple, melon, mango, and white-fleshed peach. A few months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, with gentle battonage, lends the wine a silky texture on the palate while preserving its vibrant freshness and balanced structure.
