Aoton Winery Seventeen 2017
Aoton Winery Seventeen 2017
Aoton is the ancient word for the finest specimen of its kind, something that represents the wines of the winery: fine quality, with faith in the Mesogia area authenticity and the potential of its varieties.
Seventeen consists of 70% Savatiano and 30% Roditis. The oenologist Sotiris Ginis, the night harvest, while afterwards staying with the fine lees for 8 months are all the elements that make the Seventeen wine special.
It has a bright golden yellow color. The aromas consist of peach compote, bergamot, melon, lemon zest, pear, followed by notes of nuts, honeycomb and herbs. Mouthfeel is medium+ bodied, with a slightly oily feel, good acidity and a long lasting aftertaste.
