Patistis Winery Rodito Active 2023

Ever evolving and creative, Andreas Patistis presents his new label, Rodito Active. A definitely different approach to the Roditis variety, as it is vinified with native yeasts, remains in contact with the skins for 90 days, ages for 10 months in partially filled old oak barrels and is bottled unfiltered, without additional sulfites.

The color we find in our glass is light orange. On the nose, the aromas we find refer to mandarin peel, caramelized apricot, jasmine, with notes of herbs to follow and some meat hints to complement its character. On the palate the body is moderate+, with a pleasant creamy feeling, slightly tannic, with high acidity and good aftertaste.
