Roditis Naturε comes from nearly 50 years old vines planted in a cup form at 850 meters in mountainous Aigialia . In the Tetramythos Naturε category, it is the mainstream of the two variants of Roditis. The other is the Patras Orange Reserve. The winemaking takes place very slowly and as naturally as possible while the wine is left with the lees for 5 months. The result is a natural wine that combines oxidative honey & nuts notes with crystal clear fruit like unripe peach and notes of acacia. Medium but relatively thick mouth feel with a fine balance. It is a wine that can be enjoyable and complex at the same time.
