Yellow color with golden highlights. Complex aromas of ripe citrus fruits, honey, nuts and the characteristic minerality of the Santorini "terroir". Rich and balanced mouth, filled with complex aromas, and a few sugars confer the particular charater to Nyhteri. Note that Nyhteri is called the traditional white wine of Santorini, which is originated from the overripe harvest of Assyrtiko.
