Ktima Biblia Chora etos Assyrtiko-Semillon 2015

Etos is a long-aging wine produced from the estate's best vineyards, only in exceptional years and released in a limited number of bottles. The two varieties are grown in a selected vineyard with a low per acre yield, in barren, limestone and clayey soils. After passing through French oak barrels, it matures for several years in the cellars of the winery and makes its appearance 10 years after its creation.
