La Foi is a blend of Assyrtiko and White Aidani from a tiny plot of ungrafted vines planted in the granitic soils of Tinos. The grapes were gently foot-trodden, fermented, and aged in tanks for one year, resulting in a smooth, golden, and aromatic wine that impresses with delicate notes of sea salt, minerals, and brine.
