Stelios Boutaris, through a new series of wines, meets the Cycladic viticulture centuries-old tradition and highlights the Aegean Sea native varieties.

Assyrtiko is widely cultivated on the outskirts of Agios Minas in Paros. The vineyard of Arsenis Loukis produced a wine this year that expresses, in full formality, the variety and the Cycladic terroir.
It has an intense lemon color. Expressive aromas of lemon, white peach, thyme and white pepper, followed by mineral notes. Full bodied mouthfeel, with high acidity and a long lasting aftertaste.
