Estate Chatzigeorgiou Ifaistou Lava 2009

A naturally sweet wine from overripe grapes of the ancient Greek variety Limnio. After the grapes are sun-dried for approximately 2 weeks, they are naturally fermented for almost three months. The wine's sweetness is nothing but the unfermented grape sugars. This is followed by aging for 6-8 years, resulting in a rich flavor and a wonderful aromatic complexity.
