Chairman's Millesime 2005

This is the first vintage release of Chairman’s Reserve. The 2005 vintage is a blend of two rums from St. Lucia Distillers, produced using the John Dore Pot Still and the Coffey Column Still. The distillates were aged for four years before being expertly blended and then returned to barrels to mature for an additional 10 years. The result is a well-aged, perfectly balanced rum that delivers an exciting and distinctive aromatic profile with notes of fruit, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, tobacco, banana, and dried fruits.
