Chairman’s Reserve Spice Lab N.1

The Chairman’s Reserve Spice Lab N.1 was created after Zachos Kyritsis emerged victorious in the 2020 Chairman’s Spice Lab competition. His first-place win earned him an incredible trip to the enchanting island of St. Lucia and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to craft a rum bearing his personal signature. This unique spirit is the result of a collaboration between Zachos and local bartender, the esteemed Silas Celestin. It is a distinctive blend of Coffey still rums, infused with local island spices, including: ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, and almond.
