Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin

Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido is a landmark for the region. Drawing fresh water from the mountains and seawater from the Sea of Japan, a unique blend is created. Combined with carefully selected botanicals such as juniper, bitter orange peels, liquorice, angelica root, and coriander, a distinct gin is produced that captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle.
