Etsu Double Orange Gin

The Akita Distillery, located on Honshu Island, sits on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends eastward into the Ou Mountains, Japan's largest mountain range. The Etsu Double Orange derives its freshness and distinctive aromas from these mountains. Traditional botanicals, including orange peels, juniper, liquorice, angelica root, and coriander, are steeped in the gin for seven days. Subsequently, the gin is distilled without the botanicals to fully integrate the essential oils, and fresh mountain water is then added. Its crisp taste harmonizes with its fruity aromas, and in combination with its natural ingredients, imparts a unique and light finish to the Etsu Double Orange.
