The Louis Roederer Brut Premier is the basic non-vintage of the house and the label that shows us the seriousness of the house. Let's see what makes it unmatched: 54% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, with at least 26% of the blend coming from previous vintages that have matured in large oak barrels. After the second fermentation, the wine remains with its fine lees for over three years - which is, by law, the minimum stay for vintage champagnes. The result balances power and finesse, always remaining complex.
