Ice Impérial is a pioneer, as it was created for you to enjoy on ice. A new champagne experience that combines a sense of freedom, freshness and fun, while remaining true to the authentic character of Moët & Chandon. It stands out thanks to its light fruity taste, attractive mouthfeel and refined maturity. The wines used in the assemblage were meticulously selected based on the characteristics that give it. Pinot Noir (40-50%), strong and angular, was chosen for its intense fruity feel and structure, which incorporates proportion. Pinot Meunier (30-40%), with a full and fleshy body, was chosen for the rich, buttery feeling in the aftertaste, while Chardonnay (10-20%) was chosen for its refreshing finish. Also, specially selected aging wines (20-30%) strengthen the assemblage and complete its intensity, richness and consistency.
