Garalis Winery Terra Roza 2023

Terra Roza is a mild vinification rosé from the volcanic island of Lemnos, which combines Muscat of Alexandria (90%) and Limnio (10%), which is added fermented before bottling. Harvesting is done by hand and then remains with the skins for 8 days, bottled unfiltered, unfined and without added sulfite.

On the face we have a pomegranate color. The nose is full of intense aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit zest, red fruits, with notes of white pepper to follow and some floral hints to complete its character. The palate is rich, with a pleasant acidity, a slight sense of tannins and an aftertaste that lasts.
