The Knack Mouchtaro 2020

Christos Koulouriotis DipWSET created The Knack Project to apply his knowledge on wine, acquired at WSET, along with his interest in organic farming and natural wines. Mouchtaro is his red label, from the rare red variety of the same name and is of great interest in the natural wines category, and also a great sample of the potential of the variety. An impressive effort that caught our attention and left us looking forward to its evolution!

• Hazy dark crimson color. The nose takes some time and oxygen to release the aromas of black fruit, plum, fig and sour cherry. All this with a chocolate, caramel and ink background that will become more intense over time.
• Moderate to rich body, with the full and soft tannins being in perfect balance with the strong acidity, providing liveliness and emphasising the fruit aromas. A different presentation for a variety that few people have worked on but in a completely new style.
